I do not know which aspect is more amazing the Norman Foster's design what the intent of the building.  While Foster's design is a sleek simplistic modern design the building is a complexity that is breaking grounds that has never been broken before.  Norman Foster is creating the first private spaceport in the world.  Yes people will be able to take a trip to outer space for leisure!  For $200,000 you can take a quick trip to outer space and back.  For $500,000 you can have a spectacular lift off and stay in orbiting hotel for a weekend.  The architecture is great but the intent is out of this world (literally).
